The staff and service was excellent. The location was convenient to the train station and Ueno sites. The public bath was nice (depending on number of guests using it and their understanding of the rules). The room was clean and comfortable, though smaller than expected. Would definitely recommend Dormy Inn hotels; though this one is a smaller version. We were an American Couple and stayed 5 nights.

Everything wanted inside: Terrific onsen. Lots of breakfast options. Well managed and clean, with professional staff who were always helpful (even though I speak only a few words of Japanese). And everything wanted outside: Fun, happening, diverse neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shopping, nearby beautiful big park with plenty to see (including multiple museums), plus the train & subway so close that it was easy to get around all of Tokyo.

Breakfast was great. I looked forward to it every day. I especially like the onigiri and all the condiments that came along with it. The staff was very friendly so we felt very welcomed. We'll definitely stay there again.

It is easily accessible to the Ueno JR Station and also Keisei Station (to Narita Airport). There are many eateries around.

The location is very good with a lot of restaurants near by. It's also close to the train station to the airport. The room is small, suggesting to book a bigger room. The public batch is small too, but it's free. There's also free Ramen.

Onsen in city. Prime location. Convenient transportation. Lot of street food and massive shopping around this area.

Free ramen at night from 9:30pm to 11:00pm. Close to Keisei Ueno Station, easy access to Narita Airport.
